LASU STUDENTS PROVIDE FOOD ITEMS FOR THE NEEDY'S.

LASU Undergraduates extend loves to the needy's during this recession time.


Some 200l student's of LASU by name Winnifred Akanaga, Yusuf Nurudeen, and Ibrfahim Sodi8q took their time out to extend love and care to ages, widows, disadvantage and Less privilege people this new year. This event happened 5th of January 2017.

Some of the community they visited are Kemberi Eleduwe at okomaiko, Onireke at Ojo Barracks and the less privileged ones at Okoko Bus stop.

When one of the students was ask why they decided to give out food items this recession period?  She Winnifred told our reporter that the efforts was as a result of her passion towards caring for the dependant and less privilege people. Therefore she decided to put it together with her friends. She Initiated a foundation called Winny's Extending Loves Foundation (WELF)  and she hope to do more through her foundation.

In speaking with one of the beneficiary of the gifts, Iya Ologi an old woman of about 80 years of age. She told our news men how grateful she was as she never thought she could be remembered not to talk of presenting her with a food items  such as; rice, tomatoe pastes, seasoning and groundnut oil, she noted that the food items will last her for some days. She urshered on those students, prayers and give thanks to them for their love.
