*OFFICIAL REPORT OF THE FIRST BUSINESS SITTING OF THE 27TH LASUSU-SPC*

   Pursuant to *Section 3 subsection G* of the Supreme LASUSU Constitution which state and I quote “Providing adequate and relevant information to her members of the Union." Lagos State University Students' Union - Students' Parliamentary Council which is saddle with the responsibility of making laws and upholding justice for the Students' Union has deem it fit to provide the official report of the first business sitting of the 27th Parliament under the leadership of Rt. Hon. Yekinni Ibikunle Sodiq.



  The major purpose of the first business sitting was to constitute the Standing Committee for the *2016/2017 Academic Session* as stated in the LASUSU Constitution Section 67-70.

*INDEPENDENT TRANSPORT REGULATORY COMMITTEE*

It was resolved that this committee should be placed on hold following the recent developments which characterized the shuttle system operations *within* the University campus. Consequently on this, an Ad-Hoc Committee was constituted to investigate into the problems and prospect of the shuttle system operations. The following are the member of the committee:
