Son reschedules wedding so mum could attend before she dies of cancer. Eehya!

Diagnosed with terminal breast cancer, one of the first things Dorothy Crosby thought about was not getting to see her children marry. The 48-year-old mother-of-two had been looking forward to watching Tyler, 28, walk down the aisle with his long-term girlfriend Amanda in the fall of 2016.


But last summer, a doctor delivered the devastating news that Dorothy, may not make it that far. However, that was not a situation Tyler and Amanda were willing to accept.

And so in a heart-rending gesture of love, the couple overhauled their plans to bring the ceremony forward a year, so the ill mother could be part of their wedding before she passes on.  They tied the knot near their home in Lakeland, Florida, on Sunday.
